Mission MMA Cincinnati has been so great! Its been a month now and our timid daughter (7yrs) has improved her skills and confidence. Coach Joshua has a gentle approach and it's the best learning style for bashful kids. We go 2X/week.

At 42 years old I have not trained in martial arts or combat sports since my 20s. It's something I've always wanted to get back to. I met Joshua at a Business Association meeting we are both part of in College Hill. I made the decision to check out his school and am very glad I did. In looking for a place for my boys to learn the arts of Jujitsu my husband found Mission MMA Cincinnati. Coach Joshua has been an excellent coach! My boys love taking what they have learned on the mat and bringing it home to teach me. Highly recommend anyone looking for a great atmosphere for kids to learn Jujitsu take from Coach Joshua!

I am in my late 40s with minimal training before starting. I was welcomed as a part of the group immediately and it has had a powerful influence on the rest of my life to start eating better and lifting more.

The instructor came across as very knowledgeable. Having some prior lessons in Muay Thai I was looking to get back in after a break. I went to several locations around Cincinnati area to find the right place for me. After my first class, I was so impressed I signed up immediately. I look forward to the many months to come and can not wait to start training again 😁
